Job Responsibilities: -
• Maintain a solid understanding of fundamental bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable principles.
• Support daily day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
• Handle to process staff claims and petty cash disbursements for operational expenses.
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
• Ensure proper organization and filing of all financial documents.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments or tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement: -
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance, with a strong understanding of financial processes and practices.
• High attention to detail with a proven ability to work accurately with financial data and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach to tasks and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and levels of the organization
