Requirements

Conditions:
1) Aged 20 - 45 Years
2) Candidates who have their own vehicle & experience will be given priority
3) Healthy body
4) Working hours 8 Hours a Day (9am-6pm), 6 Days a Week (Monday-Saturday)
5) 4 Month Contract (November 2025 - March 2026)

Required qualifications:
-Proficient in speaking and reading in Bahasa Malaysia
-Proficient in using computers - Microsoft Word & Excel & Canva & Google
-Responsible and committed in carrying out duties
-Have a polite personality, like to help and good communication
-Can work alone
-Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.

Scope of work:
1) Greet and treat customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times
2) Provide accurate information and explanations regarding the company's products to customers.
3) Responsible for responding to inquiries via telephone, Whatsapp, Facebook, and other social media as quickly and courteously as possible.
4) Actively involved in the sales process, assisting customers with loan applications and their purchase documentation.
5) Assist in management and provide support to customers after sales such as handling questions and other problems.
6) Handle administrative work related to Property Sales and need to collaborate with Consultants, Bankers and Lawyers to ensure the work runs smoothly.
7) Manage office documentation, update sales data and prepare basic reports as needed.
