What you'll be doing

-Overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned retail stores, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

-Monitoring and analysing store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies

-Coordinating and supervising store staff, providing guidance, training and support to maintain high levels of customer service

-Liaising with various departments to address store-related issues and implement solutions in a timely manner

-Conducting regular store audits and inspections to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

-Assisting with inventory management, stock replenishment and loss prevention initiatives

-Collaborating with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events at the store level

What we're looking for

-Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail operations or store management role, preferably within the consumer electronics or home appliances industry

-Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

-Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and apply insights to drive operational efficiency

-Familiarity with retail industry best practices, inventory management, and visual merchandising techniques

-Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams

-Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
