Requirements
-Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the industrial gases, oil, gas, or petroleum industry.
-Proven track record in sales management, business development, and client relationship management.
-Strong understanding of the sales process and marketing strategies.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Willingness to be based on site in Batang Berjuntai.
-Familiarity with the oil, gas, and petroleum industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
-Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives within the oil, gas, and petroleum industry.
-Manage and expand the existing client base through proactive business development activities, focusing on building strong, long-term relationships.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and understanding customer needs in the Batang Berjuntai region.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of KBS Industrial Gases Sdn Bhd's products and services.
-Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, trade shows, and industry events, to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
-Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and technical support, to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
-Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape, to effectively position KBS Industrial Gases Sdn Bhd in the market.
-Manage client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
