Responsibility:

-To assist in new agent recruitment process. Ensure all newly recruited agents comply with the company’s recruitment policies and procedures.

-Prepare and update the list of new agent codes for the purpose of replacing temporary codes in the SAP system with the correct agent code.

-Follow up closely with Business Development team and agents for collection on outstanding of agent’s registration documents.

-Handle agents’ document filing and maintain organized records.

-Preparation of monthly agency manpower & active agents report & analysis.

-Preparation & issuance of official correspondences on agent termination, promotion and demotion, and agency agreement.

-To assist in printing and distribution of agent identification tag.

-To co-ordinate with branches agency affairs colleagues on the agent recruitment process and resolving their issue on timely manner.

-To assist in the execution of new agency system enhancement program/module engaged by company from time to time.

-Assist in preparing, checking and set up of branches product pricing in SAP system.

-Others special task or project assigned by immediate superior from time to time.


Requirement:

-Diploma and above in any discipline.

-Proficient in using MS Office especially MS Excel is an added advantage.

-Able to communicate in English and Mandarin language.

-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
