Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
-Strong passion for sales, aggressive and proactive in doing sales.
-Result-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask independently.
-Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
-Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin, as many customers are Chinese-speaking.

Responsibilities
-Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
-Counter daily procedure (opening /closing and payment voucher)
-Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service recommendations.
-Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
-Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
-Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management.
-Coordinate with the operations/logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
-Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and activity reports.
-Assist in after-sales support and handle customer complaints efficiently.
