What you'll do:
-Translate business requirements and use cases into scalable and efficient backend applications.
-Design, develop, and maintain robust, reusable, and high-performance Java code.
-Review, test, and verify code to ensure compliance with quality, security, and performance standards.
-Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and reliability.
-Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and system issues.
-Maintain clean, well-structured code and contribute to best practices.
-Mentor and guide junior developers as needed.

What we are looking for:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
-At least 3 years of experience in Java backend development, covering the full project lifecycle.
-Strong expertise in Core Java, server-side Java technologies, and Spring frameworks.
-Experience in software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
-Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, multi-threading, and enterprise integration patterns.
-Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and MyBatis.
-Proficiency in both English, as you will collaborate with vendors. (Mandarin is advantage)
